Overview

Building on the rich tradition of excellence in the Pleasanton Unified School District, we are pleased to offer a varied and robust curriculum.

In the elementary grades, we utilize the traditional print curriculum and digital counterparts to the curriculum that is utilized in our Pleasanton elementary schools. Students take the same assessments and have the opportunity to participate in enrichment courses.

In our middle and high school grades, we use the Edgenuity learning management system to be able to deliver the curriculum in a customized and asynchronous manner. Our teachers modify and customize using the learning management system to ensure that all of the standards and learning objectives are the same for our virtual academy students as they are for the students on the site of one of our comprehensive schools.
